As we see the heat waves, tornados, hurricanes, fires, flooding and more (snow storms in the winter) on the weather channels, in the US and Canada, we feel blessed to live in this area where we can enjoy this superb climate, year around, without A/C, or central heating, reasonably priced restaurant meals out with entertainment, excellent (quick) health care, an abundance of fresh and organic food and a plethora of activities.
